Last year we believed New Hope modifications would help us. and instead they took our $1500 and after months of trying to get them to return it, and talking with a different person each time, we finally received a form of "reimbursement" which would be under review and we would get an answer in 30 days. That was almost two months ago and now we cannot even call them because the phone numbers are disconnected. I am trying to find a way to get our money back. Anyone out there have a suggestion? These people are worse than Madoff.
