I PURCHASED A SOFTWARE PRODOCT:A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD: COREL ROXIO TOAST 12 TITANIUM FOR MACS.I PAID $85.23 THE SOFTWARE IS SUPPOSED TO ENABLE YOU TO BURN BLU-RAY DVD'S.IT DID NOT.I NOTIFIED THE COMPANY NEWEGG ON THE SAME DAY AND TOLD THEM IT DID NOT WORK AND I HAVE TAKEN IT OFF MY COMPUTER AND I WANT A FULL REFUND.I REPORTED IT TO PAYPAL BECAUSE I AM SUPPOSED TO BE PROTECTED BY PAYPAL.BULLSHIT! PAYPAL DID NOT PROTECT ME THEY DENIED THE DISPUTE.ALSO NEWEGG NEVER GOT BACK TO ME AND SAID ANYTHING ABOUT THE ISSUE I MENTIONED.IT IS NOW 03/22/2017.
YESTERDAY 03/21/2017 PAYPAL TELLS ME MY DISPUTE HAS BEEN DENIED SO I WILL NOT GET MY REFUND.I CALLED NEWEGG ON THE PHONE AND THEY TOLD ME THEIR POLICY ON DOWNLOADS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
TWO MONTHS LATER THIS IS THE RESULT! SCREWED! I TOLD PAYPAL AND NEWEGG I WAS THROUGH DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. THEY ARE PROBABLY IN CAHOOTS WITH ONE ANOTHER.
