In May 2016, I paid $370 for a computer from Newegg. They farmed it out to some no-name company. I got a plastic box that does not have Windows installed on it. Newegg refuses to return my money until I return computer. If I return the plastic box, they want to charge me a restocking fee. If I return plastic box, I will have no evidence to show judge in lawsuit against Newegg for fraud. They need to return my money. I am the one who was screwed; they can return money first and then I will return their useless plastic box.

The rebuttal says that I should contact William at Newegg, but the link does not work. Typical response that I have gotten from Newegg on the NUMEROUS times I have tried to get them to contact me and a give me my money back. Just in case William or whomever the bogus guy from Newegg is might be reading this, the ONLY way you will ever resolve this is to return my money to my PayPal account IMMEDIATELY. If I have to file a lawsuit, $370 is not going to do it. I will sue for the amount that Oregon law--where I live--allows. That is $10,000. Not only that, you will have to come to Oregon to appear in court. Just return my d**n money and get out of my life. Once I have the money, you can have your plastic box back. You should compensate me for lost work due to your fraud, but if you save me the trip to the courthouse, I will not demand that. It's up to you William. Fix it today or I will see you in court.
