Newegg.com defective merchandise Internet
*UPDATE Employee: Please contact us
I ordered a set of wireless headphones through newegg.com and the batteries overheated and warped the plastic casing.
I contacted newegg and asked that the headphones be replaced or be given a refund.
Their response was that it was beyond their 30 day return policy.
I bought these headphones in December as a Christmas gift. It's only March. These headphones are refurbished to begin with and apparently they must have been defective in the first place. To not exchange a set of refurbished headphones because they turn out to be defective after less than 4 months is a rip-off!
