nflshop.com gaurnteed my order would arrive by christmas Nationwide

My name is Troy Z. I ordered a jersey from NFLSHOP.com for my son as a christmas present.I ordered it on 12-15-15.I was assured by a customer service rep and the website that with reguler shipping i would recive my order by christmas,well it is now 2 days after christmas and i have recived nothing but excuses as to why i have not recived my order.I was on the phone with customer service for 2 hours and during that time i was given no less than 5 reasons why i did not recive my order.the first lady i spoke with was rude and told me that what i ordered had to be specially made and thats why i didnt recive it.I told her when i ordered it the jersey was in stock and it was her company that guaranteed to have it to me by christmas or it was free. I didnt want any bs excuses ,all i wanted was my money refunded. I spoke to a manager and after going back and forth for 45 mins she agreed to refund 65$ of the 70$ it cost, all i had to do was hold for 5 mins and she would take care of the refund.when she returned to the phone i was informed that i would be given a 20% refund and that was all she could do. i didnt ask this company to offer a gaurantee but they did. when i asked them to stand by it all i got was the run around. this company is dishonest and the people who work for their customer service dept are at best morons. i will never do buisness with NFLSHOP.com again and i urge anyone who is thing about buying jerseys hats or any other NFL swag to shop elsewhere and save yourself a huge headache!!!!
