NFLshop.com nfl shop nflshop.com just lost me as a customer Internet

i will not make it long. i've done my Christmas shopping at nflshop.com for 4 years now before they we're all great i ordered jerseys awesome. but this year i decided to get diefferent memorabilia and it was cheap cheap i mean cheap in a bad way like mad in china crap. i bought  a phone case, wallet, passport case bling watch they call it. it was all flee market quality. but that wasn't the main reason i was mad, it was because i ordered 2 weekes before christmas they guaranteed they would have it in time and boom nothing gets here except a for a jacket i bought for my waife to small i got 2x and it was a small dude it sux.  i just got the last item from my order today 2 weeks after christmas. what i'm finding out from tracking all the numbers n stuff is that nflshop does  not have anything in stock even tho it claims it does on its site. customers place orders and than they order it from the manufacturer, they are just a middle man. screw nflshop.com lost a good customer spent well over $400 per order 4 years straight.
