After many email connections I was not able to order anything and I'm glad I did, after seeing some of the other posts at this web site. They are quickly able to return emails but not at all prepared to solve the problem.
English is certainly not the first language of the people who answer emails. One person indicated that she was "heart broken" that my problem could not be solved. I didn't want to break anyone's heart, I just wanted to shop.
If you have only a PO Box address in a rural area, you have dodged a bullet. This is not a reputable seller. Read the other posts on this.
