I have used this Choxi.com a few times mostly endedingup with an order taking more than a month to arrive or after complaining where my item is they say they are out and cancel the order. No more! I am cancelling my account because of the heavy amount of ad they send to my email day after day. Be aware they always have an excuse and fail to meet even their own, less than ideal goals.

After filing the report they got back to me quickly. They said the manufacture they were purchasing from could not meet their demand. They told me a credit was place in my account plus an additional 25%. Wasn't thrilled about receiving credit but went ahead and used it to purchase something else. Time will only tell if I get it or not. Mind you this was all done in an email. I did call and talk to customer service. I wanted to make sure my next order was placed correctly and that all was in order. He was very nice and helpfull. Hopefully it woks out.
