North America Transfer Never Use these Monsters Simi Valley, California

I have never written a bad review in my life online. Thats how awful this company is to spend my time writting about these liar and scammers!My furniture was booked by Budget but they contracted this awful company!picked up on August 19th and I was told the furniture would be delivered on September 3rd. It has almost been a month and I still have no furniture. I have been calling North American Transfer daily and every time I get a different story. I have been leaving messages daily and receive a call back once a week. I spoke to apparently the Manager, Kevin and told him I needed the first delivery day. He said the furniture would be delivered on September 3rd. I called to confirm on August 31st and he said there is a truck delay and it will be delivered on Thursday, September 9th. The 9th passed and still no furniture. Kevin then said the date would be September 10-13.You can see the routine that's going on. I have been hung up on multiple times and employees are extremely rude. Today I received a call that the truck is broke down in Pittsburgh and may take a week to repair. Pittsburg is not far. After reading all of the horrible reviews on-line this seems to be the excuse that is given to every client. I have also received an additional invoice for $1,137, which is almost double the quote given! Between NAT and budget I have already paid $1,000.

The contract states that the furniture will be received in 7-21 business days. The 21 days will be up this week. I have an attorney involved and he has been contacting North American Transfer, but of course there is never an individual that answers. All of the documented information has been given to the BBB as well as my attorney. At this point I do not know if my furniture is stolen or if the police need to be involved. Stay away from NAT and Budget.Please someone help or give feedback if you were in this situation.
