We tried to use this bank to refinance our home. My husband and I were told that we could miss decembers and january payment.
We waited and waited to sign on our home.

Well, our morgage lender(North American Savings Bank) changed the closing date on us a few times in december and on december 15,2008 he calles us to finally sign and says he needs 2800.00.

So we already missed our payment to our original morgage company thinking we were going to sign with North American Savings Bank....
We did not refinance our home with North American Bank but we did get screwed out of $540.00...We prepayed for the appraisal.... I will NEVER do that again......

Thank god my original morgage company let us pay a lil extra and did not forclose on us.....
