North Carolina Child Support Enforcement FIRE EVERYBODY North Carolina

I've been dealing with NC CSE for about 6 years now and they simply do not do their jobs. If someone there does, I haven't had the pleasure to come in contact with that individual. When I first started this nightmare, I was passed around. No one answered phone calls, no one returned phone calls. When the worker from my state finally got a hold of a supervisor or someone high up enough to have some sense, EVERYONE just passed the blame/responsibility off onto other people. This was after they'd missed court dates, closed my case SEVERAL times for no reason at all, and couldn't seem to get a hold of my son's father, EVEN THOUGH I DID ALL OF THE WORK FOR THEM!! I literally gave them his home address, his work address, phone numbers, social security number. I did everything and they just couldn't get the order in place. The thing that pissed me off was how no one knew anything and it was all someone else's fault.

Fast forward 6 years later. We FINALLY got a court order together. I've been receiving consistent payments for the past year... suddenly, all payments stop. I called my child's dad's retirement center (he was in the military, not that complicated to find out his income. They will literally tell anybody) and they casy NC has issued a new order for $0 a month.. What the entire f**k! Did he die?? Did he come to court with a death certificate for himself? Even people with absolutely no job has a child support amount. $0???! Really?? Now they're back to their old games of "Oh, the worker says she called you, but you didn't answer. So she left a message." That is a lie from the pits of hell. FIRE EVERY SINGLE INDIVIDUAL THERE AND START ALL THE WAY OVER!
