North Shore Agency Their claim is that I owe for Prevention magazine. It was renewed automatically even after I called to cancel it. Westbury New York

I just received a letter from NSA stating they are trying to resolve payment to Prevention Magazine for $16.94. I know that I called to cancel it and I did not open their letters sent after that since usually they are begging you to "receive 16 issues for only....." , some remarkable price. Act Now! Now, months later, I receive this letter saying I owe, when I know that I don't. I tried to email the company through their website but it would never go through. You don't get to see the web address to contact them, either. I was surprised to see how many people this is happening to. Its wrong and ther has got to be a way to stop it from continuing.

I just received the 2nd letter that states that they have sent 5 bills to my attention and believe that I am ignoring their invoices. Again, there is no way to contact this moron, Vincent Maretti, nor is there a way to call them to clarify these charges. The charges are bogus and I will not be bullied. We willl see what happens. I am going to try to send a certified letter via snail mail and see if I hear from a decent person in billing then. Thanks, R , Rossville, Ga
