Northstar Financial ripoff fraud business Phoenix Arizona

Northstar Financial debited $199.90 from my account and told me to wait 2-weeks for my credit card, but received nothing. I called them on the first week of November and they told me to wait 2 more weeks because there might of been an error in the mail. I called them in December and received the same response.

My Christmas was ruined by then because I received nothing. In January, I contacted them by phone and was told to write a letter to the above address explaining my reason for cancelation and I would receive my refund within 2-weeks and to also provide them with my account number, so I did. I called them in the beginning of February about this and they said that they had stacks of mail to read over and that they would note on my account that I was demanding my refund.

Since then, I've made several attempts to call them over the phone, website, and have not heard from them. The phone number above just rings and rings, the other phone number(918)222-7266 is just an answer machine. I haven't been able to contact them since January.
