NORTHSTAR FINANCIAL rip-off scam Phoenix Arizona

NORTHSTAR FINANCIAL ripoff-took $199.90 from my acct after i called them and cancelled the acct. ripoff fraud business rip-off scam liars Phoenix Arizona ....

I was contacted by phone and promised a credit card if i paid $199.90. i agreed to pay a little each month.
i said ok but 2wks prior to the date they were to withdraw money i called them and cancelled the account.But did not put a stop payment on it.

so they still took out the money.i called them several times and they said the computer for acct for $199.90
were down but would be ok in 10 days. then i was told i had to send a letter.so i sent a registered letter to them and it came back.i called them and they said send another so i did and they said they got it and would send me a refund in 10 days.but now when i call it says i am calling the wrong time of day.and the other numbers just give recorded messages.

i did get a name of william and nicole and a mr anderson. but no first name for him. i know now i have been ripped off and will do anything to these scum bags.
