I recently worked at Northwest Airlines from June, 06 2006 and was terminater on May, 20 2008. I was recently terminated because i mistakingly made a mistake by accidently putting two destinations into one cart while not seeing that the cart had two destinations in it. Accidently not seeing that the bags behind the bags where a different location i was terminated for making one mistake with Nwa. I think that it was a mistake and i shouldnt of been fired for one mistake with the company. If you agree please comment or give your opinion.
Thank you,

I worked for NWA for 17 years. I know that making one mistake does not constitute an employee being fired. NWA has a process. Your answer may lie in your statement. You may want to take more time and re-phrase.

Dude, for quality purposes, you should have checked the bags first before throwing them into the wrong plane. Even if you weren't in doubt, it should have been general procedure for you to check the bags. What happened there, forget the rule about two bags, when before you received them, you were doing your job right--what, forget it all of sudden?

As a former employee of Northwest Airlines as well, I can tell you man that getting the boot from NWA was the BEST thing that could have happened to you.
Northwest Airlines, a.k.a. Nit-Wits With Airplanes, is the worst employer I have ever worked for.
They treat all their employees like crap, steal their money while simutaneously granting huge bonuses to management, make everyone miserable and still expect everyone to kiss their red tails. Pathetic.
Consider yourself lucky. Now you can go and work for an employer who will appreciate you and your talents and abilities and give you the respect and dignity you deserve. Good luck!!!
