Hello, 

I used a survey online and came with this product on list . I pick it and the shimmpment was 3,95$. I din't know i had to return in 14 days. The  purchase was in 29 of the day when i check it  my bank account of 99,95 $. was on processing to take out .I called the number because i din't remember who was . They tall is for a purchase of a cream Nouvalift Instand Wrinkle Reducer .5 Fl.OZ(15ML) and  is costing 99.95$. I tall them i don't want nothing and they canceled. After they send me a email where is canceled but the money was taking any way from my bank account .I called them today on 8/2/2016 and they tall me they can do nothing , the 14 days expired and when i called on 29 the time when i called was on afternoo and the process of money it was in morning . They can not refund me back the money even if i don't want to product and even open it. 

  Please , i don't want others people to have a problem like that . What is going to happened , how i know they won't touch my back account again ? i can trust them?...I have to cancel my debit card now ?

People need to know this story's .Please , can we do something?
