NPMG Credit Card Processing Misrepresentation and Dishonest Claims ripoff Phoenix Arizona

I was contacted by this company claiming to be a wholesale company for credit cards and that they could give us significantly lower rates. We were told and it was written in our agreement that the debit rate would be a certain set price no percentage and when specificaly asked if the customer would need to enter a pin for this deal we were told no. Additionally I was told they would fax or send us a copy of the contract in which they hand wrote in that it could be cancelled at anytime.

I have yet to recieve this and that was on Oct. 28th, today being Nov. 10th. We started processing with them 2 days ago and have had no return contact from anyone in customer care reguarding my complaints. Once we learned they had lied about the debt cards and my eanting a copy of the contract, then at close of business today our signed credit card receipts were almost $60.00 short of what thier closing report said. In trying to call someone at the company to get answers we were repeatedly disconnected.

I would urge anyone to not fall prey to this companies seemingly honest sales representatives.
