The Senior Acct. Executive her name is "Lee McReynolds" she DID NOT disclose hidden costs & when trying to contact Customer Rep & Tech support it all took me 5 HOURS to get through someone and they kept transfering my calls !!! NPMG & CIT are two different companies & operated in a fradulant matter when the Senior Acct "Lee McReynolds" specfically stated during her sales pitch that we can cacel at any time during the term of the agreement, but she slipped a "non-cancellable" form without our knowlege !!!!!!
The rate is much higher and the cost of doing business DID NOT save me any money !!!!!
Any advise please on how to handle both NPMG & CIT ..... the termination fees is costly. They had us also lock in for a 60 month term & $89.95 per month fee.
I am join in to file a complaint with FTC & a police report ! Also, will alert the local channel station to help look into it !!

yes, I contacted 7 on your side & have not yet hear from them just yet.
Have you had any success in terminating your contracts w/ both companies ?

Have you filed report with San Francisco Attorney General? CIT has a history of shady leasing and that under California law if a lease is obtained by fraudulantly it is invalid

I filed my complaint right before yours. I just sent an email to the California Attorney General's office...if they hear from enough of us, maybe they will take action against CIT and NPMG.
Please let me know via rebuttal on my report whether you have contacted 7 on your side....and if they are interested in the case.
I was able to put a stop payment against any charges from NPMG, however I will have to do the same for CIT...they are not responding to my fax. Also, the charge for this month was about $50 more than the first month. Kit Menken who publishes the Leasing Report (found it when researching NPMG) says that CIT has a history of shady leasing and that under California law if a lease is obtained by fraudulantly it is invalid....need to check this out.
