I First Contacted my Congressman in CT about NSBA. She got in touch with CT Commissioner of Consumer Protection who said it is not his business but gave me to Sites to Contact: Consumer Affairs of Washington, D.C. and Consumer Affairs of ATTORNEY GENERAL of CALIFORNIA. No Luck. NSBA is still ripping off people. The Best Advice is to Do What Rip-Off Report says to do about your BANK to get your money back and to Contact BILL LOCKYER, ATTORNEY GENERAL OF CALIFORNIA.

Paul,
I don't understand your position. As you must know, we take each complaint seriously and take immediate corrective action. In addition, as I have reported before, our total combined complaint rate is less than 0.25% (yes, less than a quarter of a percent).
My feeling is that you have gotten caught up in the hysteria this site perpetuates without having all the facts and making an informed decision. Let me ask you a question: how many CEO's do you know who take the time to personally review this site and personally respond to each complaint? Also, how many provide their telephone number and personal cell phone number? To my knowledge, I am the only one. What does that tell you?
