Nutrisystem UNETHICAL,POOR MANAGEMENT,TREATS EMPLOYEES LIKE SLAVES fort washington Pennsylvania

I worked for Nutrisystem for 12 months and they fired me 2 weeks before Chrismas. When I first started nutrisystem I could tell right away that there was a high turn over. My first week there 6 people were fired, and these were employees that have been there for years. Every month it seemed likethey would hire temps. and tell hemthey could be permanen and they end upgetting fired when the company has used them up. I worked in the call center my fellow reps were awsome it was the team leads and supervisors that were the problem. Team leads and supervisors are very lazy they are supposed to be your next go to guy but instead they give you attitude and provide you with wrong information, or tell you to send client to their voice mail which makes the person even more upset. They need more traning and needto have the reps back when the client is wrong. I had clients calling me racial slurs, screaming profanity over food or something theymay have done wrong. They never support the rep. thats why the company loses so much money to keep these clients. The food is nasty even the clients say so, the warehouses have mice in them one even arrived in the food box delivered to a client, food is stale, one time aclient found teeth in a muffin and the list goes on and on. I was fired for asking a client that was screaming racial slurs to place her on hold. They said I should not have placed her on hold. This incident happened 2 weeks before I was fired. Then while on my lunch break they want to fire me. The treat employees like slaves and could careless that I have kids to care for and Christmas was coming up. The company has many issues and will keep failing when continuing to treat people like this. It's all in whose butt you will kiss to see how far you get in the company.
