Oakwood homes Bad drywall....Bad cabnits Tappahannock Virginia

We purchased a modular from them last year. Ended up having to move in late because of lack of communication between their employees and its been down hill since. Electrical issues, mold, cosmetic issues. The living room ceiling kept sagging. They came and sanded it and re mudded it. Then a huge dip showed uo the same night. The next day they came to look at it and when they started to cut into it a whole 5 gallon bucket of staples fell from the ceiling. One disiater after another
