Ocwen has managed our mortgage the last five years. In those years we had experienced confusing leters about whether or not we had made he payment on time and if it really went through.

They had charged us substantial amounts of their attorney fees for threatening forclosure on our home. We payed a lot of late fees and even overpaid our monthly payment by double.
