I tried to refinance a loan currently at 13.99 percent. I was charged $311 to get an appraisal. I was then told that The appraisal was too low to refinance and was left stuck at an outragious percentage rate and was out an additional $311. I requested a copy of the appraisal, was told they would send it and a receipt for the $311 al of which never happened.

They have lied to me, taken me for an additional $311, and continue to rip me off with a high interest rate. I am current seeking funds to rid myself of these crooks.
