Paid off loan with ocwen that they had on land and mobile home !! They told me when I paid it off in September of 2016 that would have my deed and title within six months ! Did get deed release no problem . But did not receive title to mobile home . Called numerous times they kept giving me the run around . Then they tell me to go to DMV that they had sent a release to them for title . Go to DMV stand in line nope they haven't received anything for ocwen ! Now several calls later they tell me to go back ,did so again ! What is the result ? Same ocwen has sent nothing ! Now after several more calls they they tell me they have nothing to do with the title ! Tell me they have no ideal who has the title and there is nothing more they can do . All I want is the title to the mobile home I have paid for

OCWEN services mortgage loans. They are one of the worst servicers in the country. Contact an attorney with your paperwork so you can find out exactly what you need. Normally for land with a home you would get a Satisfaction of Mortgage recorded in the county where the property is located. You said you received a "release" of the deed. I'm not sure if that is the Satisfaction or not. A consult with a good real estate attorney will help you.
