My name is Sharon L. Lewis I have property located in Illinois ave in St. Louis. I have been trying to refinace my property and when I do find a company to refinace I find out there are two deeds are mortgages on my property for $66,00.00 Well the tile compay here said, they would have to remove one of the mortgages.

They tryed to contact ocen federal bank in california, that who holds my mortgage and they refused to help. There is another mortgage company holding on and I don't know them. This has beed a very stressful event for me if you could show me how to go about, this problem I would be very, very happy. Please contact me, at the above e-mail no.
