I had my home foreclosed on in 2/2000, by Ocwen.
But we moved out 7/1999, because a legal document stated the Ocwen won the law suit.

I took the document to a good real estate lawyer, and he stated that he Never saw documents like this!

If I wanted to miss the Sheriff and spare the children pain, to move ASAP.

Well their documents were BS! To date the house sits half boarded up, and unkept by Ocwen.

The money owed doesn't add up, off by thousands. I was wondering if anyone had their house foreclosed on by Ocwen and what happened to the house and are you being charged money you Don't owe?

Anyone have a lawyer? Are there any Class Action suits or anyone know who the lawyers are that investigated Ocwen?

I know we will never own a home, car or even rent again, due to Ocwen. (As long as the judgement sits on the city records)

Forget HUD they don't care, nor do they or their lawyers know who Ocwen is! Funny they sold our mortgage to Ocwen in 1997. Yet HUD doesn't know anything!

Been Hell ever since they took over! The first morgage payment due from Ocwen was for $10,000.00!!! And I sent 25 faxes and cert. letters to prove we had insurance!

To date I have three sets of bills from Ocwen with three sets of amounts due!

Anyone have the same problem? Lets all join together and fight in numbers!

Oh is there a pattern with Ocwen and foreclosures in Cities?

Ocwen Federal Stuck me with a damaged house and taxes!

Here is a first, Ocwen foreclosed in 2000 and left the house in our name and never paid the taxes! Now the house is so badly damaged by squaters that it will never sell! Nice going Ocwen and your lawyer! And now you sit working for Freddy Mac! What a disgrace! You will be sued and if you dont show up you will lose! Because the City is going after you!

Yezzzzzz....Patty.....your not thej only one....I went on the single family housing jprogram with HUD and after 1 year on the program withHUD Ocwen bought the loan....I have been fighting this uphill battle ever since...was wondering if I was the only one actually...am glad to know I'm not...people would act like I'm crazy when I told them the horror stories....and have been fighting forclosure ever since 9/99....the only way I stopped it was 2 ch. 13 bankruptsies and finally a ch 7.....but I'b still in the house barely...am going to join in on the class action law suit....would love to chat with you [via this report] Happy New Year!!

Mine has been boarded up since June 1999..

...when the police dragged me, my kids, the tenants, etc. out of the house! You see, fire damage... Ocwen likes to KEEP insurance money.

The quiz goes like this... they know you need $40,000 to get it to code, they settle for $35,000 to $36,000. They tell YOU it's only $15,000 that they received, take it or leave it.

They know they are very lucky if you can find a contractor who will accept $5000 down, and the rest in payments, when his materials alone will exceed twice that! And we ain't talking REPLACEMENT, we're talking the CHEAPEST materials, not comparable!

So they pocket the money, knowing you'd never get a contractor to sign such a deal. Then they sell your home when you can't repair it on your disability income and savings alone!

Nice people.

Now they think I'm "bad" because I won't let them sell the home, and demand THEY repair it for $15,000 like they claim I could!

First of all Larry, you can't spell.
Second I can Prove, Ocwen is at fault! So what is Ocwen doing with the house that they foreclosed on in Feb.2000? Nothing!

It sits overgrown and sinking from Major settlement damage! You know it is a row house Ocwen! And if it falls so will the the homes that are attached to it! And since people live in those houses.

You can be held for Murder "3rd degree", if they are killed in the fall of the houses. Since you knew they were sinking back in 1999. I think I will call the city and advise them of Ocwens plans to let the house fall and kill someone!

You are paying the taxes right? You did change the title right? Why don't you search google for all the law suits against Ocwen! Oh, HUD will not purchase a sinking house, HUD was advised in 2000 of Ocwens plans, and the report of the damage from settlement. I would rather be in a court room with Ocwen top brass, then fighting on a internet message board.

Anyone else want to join me? Lets fight together! Start sending copies of your documents and dockets to the Justice Dept. and the investigators at HUD!

You always think its are fault at ocwen plz if you paid your pmts on time your house would have never been foreclosed on...I bet you we tried numerous times to contact you to set you up on a forbearance plan (which is a repayment plan on your arrearage in the home).. You probably didnt make the payments on the forbearence plan if in fact we did get the chance to set you up on one... At Ocwen or any financial institution we dont make money off a foreclosure so that is are final step if you in fact dont try and make your pmts then you will end up like this person.. It is not are fault that you will never be able to rent, buy or take a loan out for a car it was your decision to not keep your house...Larry Knight
