I purchased a atv for my son, as birthday gift. The atv was supposed to be a 122cc semi-automatic with reverse. What I got was a 110cc automatic w/reverse.
I didn't notice that the shift lever was just F-N-R, until my son rode around the house a few times. He had ran into acouple of mud holes, so I had him get off so I could check it out and spray it off. Itried to shift into 2nd gear, but it didn't have anything but forward. Then I sprayed the mud off and the rear brake pad and caliper fell off.
I contacted Olson Powersports by phone and e-mail several times and explained the problem. The persons I spoke to just blew it off as you got what you got andwould not exchange for what I had ordered, because it had already been ridden.

The listing clearly says 110cc engine. it also says fuly auto with reverse. not semi auto
