Omnisure took advantage of my 90 year old grandmother, Told her she couldn't cancel the charge on her card, because she didn't own the car anymore. Only the current owner of the car could cancel services. Chicago Illinois

My aunt was helping my ninety year old grandmother with her finances, when the charge for $198.00 monthly for the past 12 months was discovered. 

When contacted, the company, (omnisure) informed my grandmother that since she does not have ownership of the vehicle anymore she can't stop the payments to her card. Only the current owner can stop services. THEN two days later took their payment AGAIN from her card. Thats bullying if you ask me! Who likes a bully?

What! how can that be justified as good business? My grandmother then called me. The current owner of the car.  With just a little bit of GOogle I discovered this company has been doing this kind of thing since 2013. Really three years???

Why has no one stopped them from blatently stealing and taking advantage of what seems to be the elderly communities. Why are they still doing "business"? What does this web site do? Just offers a forum for venting?

I called Omnisure. I got a message about blah, blah, policy, agents, and then some crap about all their agents are currently busy helping someone else, call back another time! There so cool not to even put you on hold for twelve hours. They could really care less if they talk to you or not! Wow!!! They have it like that! 

So how can I help? What is wrighting this complaint going to do for my ninety year old grandmother? (Whom was advised to cancel her card and have a new one issued. I am a pretty outspoken person and pretty much have no fear. Does someone need to kick in the door of Omnisure? If so I volunteer. I'm not a bully, but I can pretend to be. 

Bottom line. I told my grandmother I'd get her money back. I've never lied to my grandma, I am not about to start. 

Where do I go? Who can I call, kick, and or bully, to honor my word?
