I was charged two consecutive 20 min 45.43 charges. 90.86 Total!

I reported it to my local phone company SBC, they called USBI and One Call Comm customer service with me to reverse the charges.

Well we will see if they come off my bill, But SBC put a hold on the charges.

How can this be legal! I was asked for no information just billed
