USBI - One Call Comm ripoff for false internet site charges on two differnt days and times Carmel Indiana

My mother recieved her phone bill and on it were two charges for calls to the United Kingdom. Being that she is 80 years old she asked me to investigate. After calling Quest Communications where the phone service is provided and being informed that they didn't bill the calls I called USBI and was informed that the calls were from a internet site where the charges to connect were clearly posted.

Seeing that I don't go to those sites where you have to pay and my 14 year old daughter isn't allowed to access any other than educational sites I requested that the company delete the charges that were billed to my mothers phone number. I was refused and told that once the number is billed they won't take them off and I was going to have to pay them and that there was nothing they could or would do. The calls are for $8.92 each and it's not that $17.84 is a great deal of money to pay but it is when the charges were not made by anyone in this household even if it is the phone number that was charge for the connections.

I am at a loss at what to do or where to turn to next and will not pay for those connections.
