I have been billed by ONE CALL COMM on behalf of usbi through my regular home Qwest phone bill.

It is to UNTD KINGD on june 03 at 10:05 pm. to # 442073350520 for 17 minits at a charge of $38.94 plus tax $1.17 totaling $40.11 I did not make this call and do not want to pay this bill .

What can I do about this type of billing? Can you please help me resolve this issue.
