DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS so-called "COMPANY:" My Aunt naively purchased tickets for me from OnlineTicketOrders as a Christmas present in December when a pop-up window came over her computer screen during researching Cirque du Soleil tickets. She was subsequently defrauded. Here is our complaint against OnlineTicketOrders.com. Currently, we are aggressively pursuing the refund of monies paid via American Express:

1. My Aunt tendered payment through American Express to the broker, OnlineTicketOrders.com, for tickets on a guaranteed order in December. Tickets were never delivered on time, as promised. She was required to make several calls to the seller (OnlineTicketOrders.com) and the tickets were only delivered hours before the same day of the concert via FedEx in March (fully three months after the order and payment).
2. She was grossly and fraudently overcharged and defrauded for more than $500 for two tickets that were face-value priced at $52 each. OnlineTicketOrders assured my Aunt that these were VIP-type tickets. Later, through research that I provided to her, she learned that the top ticket price for that particular concert sold for $177.
3. The tickets delivered were at the back of the arena with an obstructed view. At the time of order, she was never informed the seats were obstructed view, nor were the tickets labeled with an "obstructed view" disclaimer.
4. The tickets delivered were "soft copy" paper/computer print-outs of tickets previously purchased online by a third-party and resold -- and not hard tickets.
5. The ticket seller, OnlineTicketOrders.com is not a legitimate business entity. Through research, I uncovered that it also does business as the alternate name: Www.irvingplaza.tickets-center.com. Both names are scams and frauds are not to be confused with legitimate venue Irving Plaza.

We are also reporting this company to the FTC, BBB and our Attorney General.
