If you are going through with a Class Action Lawsuit against Option One, please include me! It was a huge mistake going with them for a mortgage and now I can't get out of it because they aren't applying the monies upon their receiving the payments and stating that I am always at fault.

I have been sending my mortgage payments Certified, Return Receipt, just to prove they have received the monies. Option One still takes forever to post the payments and this past Saturday I received a letter indicating how they applied my monies (for my monthly payment, and a past due amount). On Friday I received the return receipt for my November payment and checked my bank to see if the check was presented for clearance - as of today, there are 2 checks they have yet to present to the bank for payment.

I emailed & faxed my attorney on Friday a copy of the return receipt and also at 1:30 this morning a copy of the letter indicating how they applied the monies.

Attorney General - pursuing a class action suite - Option One

AUTHOR: Brime - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 28, 2007

I have just sent an email to the NJ State Attorney General and will follow this up with a physical letter to his office.

If you go to the website for your Attorney General there should be a form that you can fill out on line to submit an email. I did this quick message:

"I would like to request an investigation for a class action lawsuite against Option One Mortgage of Irvine,
California.

If you search "Option One Complaints" on line, you will see that there are quite a few people who are in the same predicament as me with this mortgage company. My attorney has stated they are the "bottom eaters of mortgage business" and yet NOTHING has been done about them."

Hopefully, if we all do this, we can do something about Option One and possibly have them suffer the way we have.

Contact your State Attorney General's office - CLASS ACTION

AUTHOR: Brime - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, November 28, 2007

If we all contact our State Attorney General's office with our complaints and problems with Option One we can begin a Class Action lawsuit against them.

With all the reports that we are seeing on this site and by doing a search online, I cannot see why our Attorney General's won't act on it.

Who's ready to start?

Anne
