I am writingThis report about orbit Leasing. I am approximately 3 months from completing my loan agreement with orbit Leasing I was recently discharged from a Chapter 13. I was informed to let orbit leasing know that I was Christmas from the chapter 13 and to continue to make my payments. When I come home today, I noticed that my car was missing from orbit Leasing. Orbit leasing did not contact me, talk to me, call me, email me or text me or send me a letter or anything they just took my car.
I went to orbit leasing to discuss the matter, and the manager was rude, obnoxious, non caring, and honestly did not care. I beg to get my car back with trying to make arrangements and quite frankly nothing worked period when I begin my contract with orbit leasing, they told me that they would do everything to help me, assist me in any matter that they could. Orbit leasing is quite rude and they are the most uncaring people I've ever seen. I will not do business with them, and quite frankly I am tempted to call the Better Business Bureau.

It depends on what was agreed to in your bankruptcy. If the car loan was part of the Bk and satisfied during the Ch 13 and you received a discharge, not a dismissal, than they can't take your vehicle.
However it isn't possible to know what was included in your Bk from this side of the computer. You can download your Bk documents from PACER to see if the vehicle was retained, surrendered or kept for your BK estate or just call your BK attorney to get advice on what to do now.
Don't let them get away with taking it if your Bk shows you are supposed to keep it. By the way, the reason they wanted you to notify them when your Bk was finished was so they didn't have to go in and file a motion to lift the Bk stay.
Your attorney is the very best person to speak to about this repo as they will have accurate info on your specific case.
