I placed an order and my credit card was charged the same day.

The merchandise shipping confirmation was sent 1 week later. All it ever showed was that the shipping order had been opened, but nothing ever showed as shipped.

Don't bother to fax. It is the same number as the phone, and it never switches on. No matter how many times or what time you call, it is never answered, and you can't leave a message.

No matter how many times I emailed I received the same auto reply blaming usps for the confusing lack of information on the shipment.

Finally, 6 weeks later I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Within a week to 10 days after disputing the charged, I received the goods for which I signed.

And for the free programming instructions. Forget it. They don't work. Others and I tried multiple times. There is no tech support.
