I placed an order with this company on 7/12/08. On the same day, they sent me an email saying the product had been shipped via USPS with a delivery confirmation number. Never got the product. Emailed, called, nothing.

After a couple emails on 7/18 & 7/21 asking where my product was, I got a response on 7/22 with a copy/paste of the shipping information. That was no help cause I already had that info. Same time I emailed them back letting them know I already had that tracking info but I had not received the product yet.

On 7/24 I get an email back with a link showing me how their shipping process works. I laughed! Someone took a good amount of time taking pictures of baskets and the post office! Very Nice!

On 7/28 I emailed them back letting them know that I had not received it yet and I would like a refund cause I already bought one from Ebay and received it and sold the car. No response.

On 8/4 I emailed again asking if they are a scam and that I would like a refund cause I still have not received a remote.

On 8/7 I received an email letting me know that they have checked with USPS and they have not received a status update so they are going to go ahead and send me another one and that if I receive the first one to go ahead and send it back!! Same time I emailed back and let them know to not send a second remote and that I just wanted a refund.

On 8/9 I get an email back with a wierd response. It says that they test all remotes prior to shipment and says that if my remote is defective to send it back to them so they can exchange it.

Last but not least, I emailed them back on 8/10 in capital letters things that I would not say to my mother.

After all this, I received my remote on 8/11!! Wow!! Now I have a remote to a car I don't have. I did a quick search on Google and came across all these reports about this company and I started laughing. This has been an interesting experience and I have a new remote to show for it! Awesome!
