This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have yet to receive my order that was placed on May 26th. They did send me a shipping confirmation on June 2nd after my third attempt to contact them about my shipment. Each time I try to email, I get the same ""See our website under "About Us". I was so ticked off that in one of my emails I wrote:
I did look at the shipping information under "about us". Sounds to me like you give a lot of explanation to account for slow customer service and wait until you have enough orders to make the trip to the local hardware store that also houses the post office. I've NEVER had a package that is SUPPOSED to ship within 72 hours take 10-14 days to get here. It's been two weeks I live in the same state. Your motto must be 'We will get around to it - sometime'".

I filed complaint with my credit card company. They issued the credit to my card and will resolve it directly on my behalf.

My recommendation to anyone that ordered and still haven't received it: Call your credit card company and have them investigate. That's what you pay for. Also, if you haven't received your order - DON'T SIGN FOR IT! If my order does happen to come, I won't accept delivery.
