It is unfortunate that the only way you are communicating with ORR is through this website. Call the office if you would like to discuss a hopefull resolution. The ownership has not changed and we are NOT in court!

changing the ownership of the company from one brother to another in no way removes your liability to pay the people who perform work for your company.Sometimes it's not the money, it's the principal. Pay what you owe, and you won't be on this list. Eventually we will be paid. The court will see to it .

The subcontractors that properly performed their work on this project have been paid. Without knowing who is making these slanderous statements or the details of why they state that they have not paid, we are unable formally respond to their complaint. We would be happy to discuss the details with whomever filed the complaint and ask that they please contact us in an effort to resolve it.
