Our story is very much alike to all others posted.

We were awarded the job for Steven's Aviation in the beginning of 2010.  The job was off to a slow start.  The initial schedule was way behind and we had all millwork ready for installation so we billed for what was completed to date.  Jeremy Houser rejected our invoice saying that he didn't trust us and he couldn't pay us without seeing pictures of the cabinets.  He said he didn't want us to run off with the money and not come through with the installation. Ironic right??

So, now in June we completed the job we starting asking about payment for the first invoice submitted at the beginning of the year.  I left MANY MANY voice mails and e-mails and once I did get a response from their accounting Tami Hutchings in August all she could do was make up excuses as to why she didn't know when we're getting paid.  Jeremy was never in to answer questions.  She would say that she never submitted our invoice for payment per Jeremy.  When we filed a lien she said that us filing the lien was invalid because the owner has not paid them yet and it's on the current owner pay app.  And her story never really got off of this path. 

I had contacted the owner directly and they assured me that Orr Construction was paid in full to date.  Tami literally said that the owner lied and that they're not done on the job site yet. 

We currently pasted this account over to collections.  The owners at Steven's Aviation are very furious.  We unfortunately found out too late about this fraudulent company.  Hopefully the word will spread and no other companies will be victums of the horrible family that runs Orr Construction.

We have told our story to all of our general contractor and vendor contacts by e-mail.  This is how we found Orr Construction on RIPOFF REPORT.  I suggest everyone alert all contacts in your address book so we can put Orr Construction out of business.
