THE SAME SCAM LETTER WAS RECEIVED IN MY MAIL ON 07/15/08. THE LETTER STATED WAS SELECTED AS A WINNER OF THE NATIONAL LOTTO CO-OPERATION SWEEPSTAKES LOTTERY. THE AMOUNT OF THE CHECK WAS FOR $4,998.00. THE LETTER STATED I WAS TO CALL RICK CAMPBELL TO REPORT MY CLAIM NUMBER AND WOULD RECEIVE FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.

I also received this same letter, same amount of check, same advice to respond to, but differant claim agent ken Williams and differant address of company, which is 22 Oak St, Muscatine,Ia,52761 My letter dated AUG 14, 2008. Letter also stated that Shopping Award in conjunction with Sony promotions held on July26,2008 in the 2nd Category.Claim numbers and phone numbers call to confirm and get instruction. FREMONT, CALIF

The real name of the company is PacHealth Inc. and is a division of PCM Holdings. Maybe ths info will help also they are a collection agency for the health care industry, although I am not quite sure what they are trying to pull with this scam.
