Pacific Healthcare, Inc sent a letter with a check for $4983.98. wanting me to send $2996 western union to a james campbell. also to call him within 5 days with claim number. Greenup Illinois

i receive a letter in the mail with a legitimate looking check in the amount of $4983.98 fronm a company called Pacific Healthcare Inc. letter states that i am a declared winner of the National Lotto Co-Operation Sweepstakes Lottery held on June 28, 2008 in the 2nd category. telling me know i am entitled to win $150,000. the letter states that i have to pay government taxes and fees from my winnings in the amount of $2996 to be sent via western union or moneygram to a james campbell. also i am to contact this same man in five business days with a claim number that is stated in the letter. The stamp on the outside of the envelope wwas from canada and there is also a canadian address on the letter. letter is very cheap looking and you can tell that it is done from a cheap printer.
