The scam notice is dated August 14, 2008 and claims to be a FINAL WINNING NOTICE of the NATIONAL LOTTO CO-OPERATION SWEEPSTAKES LOTTERY, Shopping Award in conjunction with Sony promotions held July 26, 2008 in the 2nd Category.

This SCAM comes with a PACIFIC HEALTHCARE, INC CHECK FROM 22 Oak Street Muscatine, IA 52761 ...DRAWN ON THE BANK called FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK LOCATED AT Chapel Hill. NC 27514 the date on the check is for 8- 14 2008 in the amount of 4989.75 with an authorized signed by a Robert Divskin (?)

This SCAM claims I am entitled to the sum of $150,000.00 and will need to pay the GOVERNMENT TAXES/ FEES on my big winning. They inform me that the tax amount is $2,998.00 to be paid by either WESTERN UNION or MONEY GRAM to the Tax Agent and unlike others on this site I have a different name associated with this SCAM being a KEN WILLIAMS along with my check drawn on a new bank...this check looks very real and has even a holographic square on the front.

I REALIZE THIS IS A SCAM BUT OTHERS MAY NOT AND MIGHT TRY TO PUT THIS CHECK INTO THEIR BANK. AND IF THEY HAVE GOOD DEALINGS WITH THEIR BANK THEY MAY OK THE CHECK WITHOUT IT BEING TRULY PAID IN. BEING THAT THEY HAVE SENT THIS CHECK EARLY AND IT IS NOT EVEN GOOD UNTIL THE DATE OF THE 14 TH OF AUG. THEY WILL BUY AND SEND THIS REQUESTED MONEY GRAM WITHIN THE 5 DAY PERIOD THEY ARE PUSHING FOR AND YOU WILL BE OUT THE $2,998 AND NOT AHEAD OVER A THOUSAND LIKE THE CHECK APPEARS.
SO DO NOT TRY CASHING THIS OR SEND ANY MONEY OUT THEY WILL HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ALSO AND YOU WILL GET A NSF NOTICE FROM YOUR BANK FOR SURE.____________________________________
