Instructions are similar to those reported: Call Mrs. Rose Jackson for further clarification and location to send my tax fees of $2900.00 via money gram. Check is drawn on First Union Bank in Chapel Hill, NC. which I believe merged in 2001 with Wachovia so may not even exist. I was given 10 days to respond. Baseline Financial Services out of Canada generated the letter with instructions. BEWARE this one is tempting with the check in your hand.
