We have the same problem(s) as everyone else here. AT&T has turned us over to four collection agencies and one law firm since we began this in 2000. Palisades is the only agency that was unscrupulous to continue attempting to collect a fraudlent debt - all the others dismissed our case immediately.
YOU, yes, YOU!!! should all contact the New Jersey state Attorney General's office (easy to find on the internet) and file a claim. If they see a company over and over, they WILL investigate, and, if warranted, FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT, like the one that people in California and other states have filed against AT&T Wireless. Wouldn't it be great to not only stop the harassment but also to make them PAY!!!?
