Palisades Collection fraudulent billing Englewood New Jersey

I got a bill from Pallisades Collection and I already know that I will never pay it. It is for about $2,600.00 for a repossesion on a car in 1995! The year is 2007 now, so the "debt" is 12 years old. I called the car finance company and they have no record. They said it is too old.

That is a 12 year old dispute over a car that was taken back in good condition and resold.

I think Pallisades buys really, really old charges from anyone that they can and bills you to see if you will simply write them a check. Easy money right?

Just bill somebody and see if they will pay you. It is an old trick.

According to blogs and forums though, Pallisades goes further and reports you to the credit bureau if you don't pay them.

Dealing with Pallisades Collections is like dealing with the insane.

I consider them crooks and fully insane and impossible to deal with. I have to limit my cost of fighting these charges before they cost me any money.

The phone and internet is the cheapest way to fight these crooks especially if you have unlimited calling and free blogs to post to.
