Palisades Collections ripoff Englewood New Jersey

I have been hassled for more than five years because of an accounting error that occurred between AT&T Universal Card (now CitiCard) and AT&T Wireless. Because AT&T Wireless failed to process a credit from Universal Card, they accused me of owing them for a phone that I never took out of the box (my wife sent the phone back to them the day we received it because they failed to honor send a promotional item that was supposed to come with it.)

So AT&T Wireless sent my case to Forster & Garbus and Palisades Collection (not sure I understand their relationship). Shame on AT&T Wireless, but greater shame on Forster and Palisades. On September 18, 2001, I set up a conference call between Universal Card and a Ms. Monte at Forster. Universal Card acknowledged that it was their mistake, and I trusted that Ms. Monte would clear things with AT&T Wireless. Big Mistake.

Five years later they are still hassling me and have maligned my otherwise perfect credit history.

Today I ----- Forster. Up came Palisade and AT&T Wireless and now I know I am not alone. Hundreds of others are in the same boat. Is there a class action suit on this? Let's work together.
