Paradigm Acceptance Company RipOff Hampton Virginia

My husband was almost ripped off by this company as well. However, we took the contract that they sent us to the bank, the same contract that states the payments will not be taken out until contract is signed and returned. Since we never returned the contract with a signature there is no valid verbal agreement. Also, when my they called my husband they never got actual verbal permission to take the funds and the words "non refundable" were never mentioned. However, our bank is putting the money back into our account as soon as Monday since that "contract" was never signed. I also called the company and gave them a few choice words and advised them it would be in their best interest not to try and take any money out of our account again.
