Paul Conte Chevrolet Andy Fox Stuck with huge bill, damaged rims and dangerous service Freeport, New York
The dealership took over 15 days to repair my tires and rims that were damages in an accident. In that long time I got stuck with a rental- they forced me to take an SUV which is more expensive (I have a long commute). So at the end of 15 days, I get a bill for $997.00 from Enterprise, brand new rims that they damaged upon putting on, loose lug nuts (one actually fell off), they never adjusted the tire pressure or tightened the lug nuts, they never even took it for a road test.
I spoke to Andy Fox, service advisor. He advised me that they would pay for 4 days of the rental car since it took 11 days more than they said it would. It has been three months, no reimbursement.
Our family has purchased two cars from them. Never again after this treatment. We will advise friends and family to never use this dealership.
