Paul Davis Restoration Jack Pogue, Reid Schockley Damaged my home, lied in court and got a $45,000.00 judgement against me! Barberton Ohio

 My home caught fire and I hired Paul Davis Restoration of Barberton, Ohio to restore my home. As the work progressed it got worse, so bad that I ended up firing them. We went to court where they presented false documents that they photocopied my signature to, got their employees to lie on the stand and an attorney who was able to take all this, blindside the jury into believeing these tales. They were awarded a $45,000.00 judgement against me.

When I fired them there was about $8,500.00 worth of work to be completed not to mention about $35,000.00 to fix bowed walls and shoddy workmanship. All I wanted was my home back the way it was and I am now looking to lose all I have to these people. Yes $45,000.00. I fired them in 2011, ended up in court in August 2013 and were awarded $32,000.00 plus 18% interest from 2011 to present.

I was not aware I only had 30 days to appeal and missed that window. I am still numb over this and have no idea what is going to happen as my law firm is trying to work out an agreement. But they don't care if they destroy my life , just a bunch of crooks.
