I checked my checking account balance, as I normally do. I noticed a $30.00 check that was waiting to post, this was an electronic debit that my husband or I did not authorize. Upon talking with my bank on Saturday, January 15th, it was to my surprise that Payday Loan Protection had taken this out of my account with an Electronic Check (Debit). Since then, I've asked my bank to send this back unauthorized debit and I will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
